# For AI assistants / MCP

> Connect MixMedia to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other AI assistants via MCP: models, exact prices and generation.

MixMedia MCP server: `https://api.mixmedia.tech/mcp` (Streamable HTTP).

Create a key in [Dashboard → API keys](https://mixmedia.tech/cabinet/keys) and send it as the `Authorization: Bearer <API_KEY>` header in the client settings. Without a key you get models and prices.

## ChatGPT

Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced → Developer mode → Create connector: URL `https://api.mixmedia.tech/mcp`, authentication — none. ChatGPT can then pick a model and quote the exact price.

Any client with remote MCP (Streamable HTTP) support: URL `https://api.mixmedia.tech/mcp`, plus the `Authorization: Bearer <API_KEY>` header if needed.

> Keep the key in the client settings, never in the chat. `create_generation` charges like a normal API request: the assistant should show the price and get your confirmation first.
